Prices & Payment
All prices listed are final prices in euros and include applicable sales tax, where applicable.

Shipping & Availability
Our products are currently available for pre-order.
This means that production begins only after we receive your order. This allows us to ensure thoughtful, high-quality manufacturing and limited availability. (several weeks)
Delivery times may therefore vary. You will receive more detailed information about the shipping schedule via email after placing your order.
We ask for your understanding that delays may occur during production and shipping.
Right of Withdrawal (for Physical Products)
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Beauté Louise Esther until full payment has been received.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods: are sealed for hygienic reasons
and the seal has been broken after delivery
Returns
In the event of a cancellation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

In cases of ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations
Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
